Bachelor's degree in BA in Psychological, BBA, BIM, BIT, BBS or related field.
At least Four years experience in counseling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and counseling skills.

Create a friendly environment where students and parents both can open up for the further queries
Must have marketing skill in order to explain the services of the organization to the students and clients.
Must have strong interpersonal leadership and problem-solving skill.
Having knowledge of IT-related courses like Graphic Design, Python Django, AI, CCNA, Java, and so on are highly encouraged to apply
Ability to maintain a good relationship with the students, their parents, and with staff.
Job Responsibilities
Must have knowledge of soft skills like understanding of work ethic, personality development, communication skill, adaptability, career counseling for students, etc.
Guide the students in resume making and also answering students, parents' queries online, face-to-face, and over phones
Be updated with all the latest IT education systems.
Keep all the documents needed for counseling handy and secure
Strong interest and highly professional in counseling and ability to motivate students to pursue their careers.
Should be able to handle the day-to-day queries of the students.
Must maintain the details of students and keep a record of their feedback.
Identify goals and potential solutions to the problems and requirements of students
Listening to students' concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way
