Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field, and 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in building design and construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, ETABS, SAP 2000, CSI SAFE, and Google SketchUp with practical knowledge of structural design as per NBC and IS codes.
Familiarity with Estimating & Costing, including quantity takeoff, rate analysis, and tender document preparation.
Job Description
Plan and deliver the complete Building Design & Construction Package course (170 hours) in both physical and online live classes.
Teach AutoCAD 2D beams, columns, slabs, staircases, and foundations as per NBC and IS codes & 3D for preparing complete architectural and structural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and municipality-level documentation.
Train students on ETABS and SAP 2000 for structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures, covering
Guide students through CSI SAFE for foundation and slab design, including rebar calculations for isolated, combined, and mat foundations.
Instruct students in Google SketchUp for 3D modeling, material texturing, terrain creation, and exterior/interior rendering using Enscape.
Teach Estimating & Costing covering quantity and cost estimation, rate analysis, valuation methods, and tender document preparation for residential and commercial buildings.
Supervise hands-on projects including real and virtual residential and commercial building designs to ensure practical application across all tools.
Priority will be given to candidates with real-world project experience in structural design or construction alongside teaching or mentoring experience.
