Job Overview: 

The Client Relations Officer will manage and nurture corporate client relationships while contributing to business development, sales, digital marketing efforts, and copywriting. This multifaceted role involves client interaction, proposal creation, content development, and coordinating corporate training programs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s online presence, driving business growth, and maintaining a professional and client-focused approach. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Relations and Sales: 

  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and other documents tailored to corporate clients' training requirements. 
  • Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with corporate clients through regular follow-ups. 
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, offer solutions, and drive sales conversions. 
  • Identify business opportunities and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies. 

Sales, Digital Marketing, and Copywriting: 

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to foster business growth. 
  • Manage and engage with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google). 
  • Contribute to email and SMS marketing campaigns, including template design and execution. 
  • Write and publish engaging blog posts aligned with marketing objectives. 
  • Develop compelling copy for websites, brochures, promotional materials, and advertisements. 
  • Support digital marketing strategies to enhance SEO, engagement, and lead generation. 
  • Create persuasive and impactful copy for all marketing and sales communications. 

Proposal and Content Writing: 

  • Draft, review, and finalize proposals aligned with client needs and company standards. 
  • Create content for marketing, training materials, and internal communication. 
  • Edit and update marketing copy for websites, social media, and campaigns. 

Corporate Training Coordination: 

  • Plan and manage logistics for on-site and off-site corporate training sessions. 
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs. 

Data Management and Communication: 

  • Organize and maintain data collected via social media, email, and phone calls. 
  • Update the Content Management System (CMS) on the company’s website. 
  • Communicate with team members to address urgent tasks effectively. 

General Responsibilities: 

  • Represent Broadway Infosys professionally in client and visitor interactions. 
  • Ensure content quality and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. 

Job Requirements/Qualifications: 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management with IT or a related field. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. 
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing preferred. 
  • Familiarity with online marketing and content management systems is advantageous. 

Language Skills: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Nepali and English. 

• Strong ability to communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders. 

Sales, Marketing, and Copywriting Skills: 

  • Experience in sales strategies and marketing plan execution. 
  • Proven track record in client meetings, needs analysis, and sales conversions. 
  • Expertise in persuasive copywriting for marketing, sales, and promotional content. 
  • Strong blog-writing and content creation capabilities. 

Creativity and Adaptability: 

  • Creative thinker with a knack for producing compelling content and copy. 
  • Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
