Qualification

Education Level:   Bachelor / Diploma in Computer Related fields.

Experience Required: At least one year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have a good knowledge of hardware issues, installing and using software programs, and understanding and using certain operating systems.
• Support faculty and students to use computer software and hardware.
• Should have basic knowledge of Troubleshoots and diagnosing basic problems with computer equipment.
• Performs minor maintenance and repair on equipment, as necessary.
• Should keep the day-to-day maintenance records of activities undertaken in the computer lab.
• Must have good knowledge of how to operate and maintain all related computer equipment in the lab, such as printers, projectors, speakers, and scanners.
• Should have basic knowledge of how to perform tests on the system and equipment to ensure that every component of the lab is working properly.
