Role Overview:
A Content Creator Instructor is responsible for training students to plan, create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content across various platforms. The instructor focuses on practical skills, creativity, branding, and platform-specific strategies to prepare students for careers in content creation, digital marketing, and personal branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training on content creation for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Teach fundamentals of content strategy, storytelling, audience targeting, and personal branding
- Train students on video creation, scripting, shooting, lighting, audio, and basic photography
- Provide hands-on guidance in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
- Explain social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and growth strategies
- Guide students on monetization methods, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations
- Assign practical projects and evaluate student performance
- Mentor students on ethical content creation and copyright guidelines
- Stay updated with current content trends and platform updates
Expected Experience & Qualifications:
- Content creation or digital media experience preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Knowledge of video editing and basic graphic design tools
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to simplify concepts for beginners
- Personal or professional content portfolio with measurable engagement
