We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in managing social media accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with marketing objectives Manage and create content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy, targeting audiences, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
• Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media and share insights with the marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in social media management or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads
• Experience with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hoot suite, or Sprout Social
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
