The ideal candidate is the key person in charge of executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. Responsibilities include promoting services through digital platforms, creating marketing strategies, and monitoring the online presence of the company.

He/she will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness, increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence. 


Responsibilities


•    Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website, social pages
•    Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers
•    Monitor company presence on social media
•    Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
•    Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
•    Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, social pages, and email
•    Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platforms
•    Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
•    Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
•    Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
•    Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts and campaigns through web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
•    Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
•    Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
•    Build an inbound marketing plan
•    Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
•    Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
•    Experience with business-to-customer social media and content generation
•    Strong creative and analytical skills
•    Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
•    Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
•    Analytical mindset and critical thinking
•    Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
•    Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
•    Team player and good time-management skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
