  6. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve set goals.
  7. Innovation and Adaptation: Stay updated with emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies in the digital marketing space.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned with other company initiatives.
  9. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and digital presence, providing insights and strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
