Job Description

  1. Analyzing and identifying the cause of the issue and providing a resolution or workaround solution
  2. Following up on issues between vendors and users
  3. Working with users to review, analyze, and evaluate all aspects of company business operations
  4. Coordinating with the implementation and upgrading of the Odoo system.
  5. Responsible for implementation, and improvement projects with stakeholders to ensure new customization is on schedule and completed on time.
  6. Helping users with their requirements in Odoo ERP
  7. Providing Odoo usage functions training to end user
  8. Ensuring compliance with security principles
  9. Performing other duties and functions as assigned
  10.  Participating in the release of Odoo's module new version.
  11. Joining to support the end-user and solving the emergencies problems
  12. Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability before deployment
  13. Working on bug fixes and application/system performance.
  14. Discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies on a continuous basis to maximize development efficiency.
  15. Any other tasks assigned by the team leader.
