  • Product Knowledge & Consultation – Stay updated on ICT hardware products, provide technical consultation, and recommend solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management – Lead pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools for efficient client management.
