Job brief:  We are looking for a dynamic Graphic designer who will be responsible to create creative designs for various online and offline assets. We look for the best-improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio which demonstrates 3-4+ years of working experience in Graphic Design in an agency or in-house creative group.
•  Experience with tech, digital, and/or automotive clients preferred.
• Experience with brand identity design is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of typography and graphic design for brands.
• Organized and flexible, able to balance requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player able to work independently and within a team.
• A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
• Exercises good communication skills with the ability to discuss complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms.

Job Description:

• Concept and design assets for usage across all platforms, particularly digital and social media.
• Ensure brand consistency is applied with design work.
• Actively participate in campaign brainstorms and ideation in brand identity.
• Maintain and manage an asset library on an ongoing basics, as well as inventory of where these assets live and how they will be used.
• Manage in-house retouching- includes editing, cropping and processing high quality standard images.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, emerging designs, and contemporary tools to develop bold new concepts.
• Work closely with Creative Team to execute ideas.
