Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and documentation for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Occasionally liaise directly with clients, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
• Develop and implement creative employee engagement activities and programs.
• Support HR processes including onboarding, training coordination, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of IT software products, including employment management systems and client management systems.
