Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering
• 0-3 years’ experience in a MS-platform, web-development environment
• Strong programming skills in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, ADO.NET, Microsoft SQL, and VB6 a plus
• Experience with HTML, jQuery, CSS
• Experience with object-oriented design and development principles within the .NET framework
• Experience with XML, XSL, XSLT

Job Description:

•  Analyze, design, code, test and troubleshoot Horizon utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology such as Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio 2015-2017,vb.net, and Refine data and format final product
• Test and develop programming modifications using specified testing scenarios
• Write new program(s) using vb.net and SQL languages based on approved specifications
• Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
• Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs
• Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls
• Write and maintain programming documentation.
