Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails, messages & phone calls from students and placement partners regarding job opportunities, application updates
  • Assist students in improving their CVs, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to enhance employability.
  • Coordinate with existing and prospective placement partners to identify job opportunities, internships, and walk-in interview programs.
  • Publish and maintain job vacancies on the company website and ensure accurate record-keeping of opportunities and partner information.
  • Screen candidate applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates for various positions & schedule interviews with applicants
  • Forward qualified candidates’ CVs to placement partners, follow up on recruitment progress, and maintain placement records.
  • Update and maintain placement-related content on the website, including Success Gallery, Text Testimonials, and Video Testimonials.
  • Source and identify qualified instructors through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms as required.
  • Maintain and regularly update databases related to placement partners, job vacancies, candidate placements, and recruitment activities.
  • Collect, organize, and update photographs of newly hired instructors and successfully placed students.
  • Coordinate and conduct video testimonial sessions with students and alumni.
