Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Next.js Developer to join our team. As a Next.js Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing applications using Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components or Emotion.
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and integrating with Next.js.
• Familiarity with modern front-end testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Experience with headless CMSs (e.g., Strapi, Contentful) and integrating them with Next.js.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
