We are seeking an experienced Oracle Instructor to deliver high-quality, structured training on Oracle Database 19c, covering SQL Fundamentals, Database Installation & Administration (OCA), and Advanced Administration (OCP) concepts. The instructor will equip learners with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel as Oracle developers and database administrators. The ideal candidate will have a strong Oracle background, industry certifications, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Oracle Database 19c course modules, ensuring clear understanding and practical application.
• Cover topics from beginner-level SQL to advanced database administration, including installation, backup & recovery, performance tuning, and multitenant architecture.
• Design hands-on labs and assignments to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress through practical tests, quizzes, and project evaluations.
• Maintain and update training materials in line with the latest Oracle Database 19c features and best practices.
• Mentor and guide learners individually to address their challenges and career goals.
• Collaborate with the training department to improve course content and delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong practical experience with Oracle Database 12c/18c/19c administration and SQL development.
• Certifications preferred: Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) / Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
• Proven track record in delivering Oracle training (classroom or online).
• Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to design interactive, scenario-based training sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with RMAN, Data Pump, Oracle Scheduler, and multitenant architecture.
• Experience with performance tuning and backup strategies in enterprise environments.
• Ability to prepare learners for Oracle certification exams.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training tools.
