Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and present tailored product/service solutions.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales collateral and proposals.
Track and update all sales activities using CRM software.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles (minimum 2 years).
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining organized client pipelines.
