Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network and security devices (e.g., firewalls, switches, routers).
• Provide technical support to core customers, ensuring prompt resolution of issue
• Manage and support IPsec VPN, firewall rules, and network configurations.
• Monitor system and network performance and take proactive steps to ensure optimal functionality.
• Work closely with senior engineers to assist in system integration and project implementation.
• Document configurations, issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in networking and cybersecurity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• CCNA training is mandatory; CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, firewall concepts, and VPN technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, or other major network/security vendors.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching and routing.
• Familiarity with system administration (Windows/Linux) is a plus.
