Job Specification

• Need to assist in conducting user research to understand target users' needs.
• Create User Flows and wireframing mockups in Figma Design Tool.
• Understand and have the ability to create style guides to bring design consistency.
• Draft design assets (icons, UI components) guided by style guidelines
• Contribute to the creation of user personas, user journeys, and other user-centered design artifacts.
• Should create design and maintain design libraries for consistency.
• Contribute to the creation of user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Help build interactive prototypes for usability testing.

Job Requirement

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Should have knowledge to work within content and also create own content.
• Strong creative, analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Freshers with basic knowledge can apply but should be a team player.
