Job Description:

• Select colors, images, textures, and shapes to create the layout
• Select the size and arrangement of the different elements
• Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs
• Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing a project
• Develop material for web pages
• Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures
• Develop the layout and production design of the newsletter
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and the material is printed to the highest quality.
