Job Specification:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Help develop Revit models, standard details, and manage BIM files.

• Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and site supervision

• Collaborate with design team, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives

• Assist graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings

• Assist with the review of Submittals during the construction administration portion of the project

Other Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or the equivalent experience

• Should be able to work remotely

• Proficiency in Revit

• Should be punctual and self-motivated

• Good work ethic

• Minimum of 1 year of any professional experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Workspace apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)

• Have a valid driver license.

• Has an interest in art.
