Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer and Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, coupled with excellent frontend development skills. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces and layouts.
• Translate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for speed and scalability.
• Maintain and improve existing websites by fixing bugs, enhancing functionality, and updating content.
• Implement best practices in web design and development, including SEO and accessibility standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.js.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with frontend build tools and task runners like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
