We are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly IT Support Technician Program Instructor who can teach students practical IT support skills and help them understand real-world troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Teach IT Support Technician courses through practical and easy-to-understand methods.
• Explain computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and basic IT security.
• Conduct hands-on sessions on PC assembly, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Teach students how to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, basic macOS, and command-line tools.
• Guide students in setting up and troubleshooting small office/home office networks.
• Teach basic cybersecurity practices such as malware protection, MFA, and system security.
• Conduct practical labs and troubleshooting activities.
• Guide students in completing projects and real-world IT support tasks.
• Keep students updated with current IT support practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
• Previous teaching or training experience will be an advantage.
