Job Description:

As a MERN Stack Developer Intern at Niraksa Company Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced developers, gain hands-on experience in building web applications using the MERN stack, and contribute to real-world projects. This internship program is designed to help you develop your skills in full-stack web development and prepare you for a successful career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-end Development: Collaborate with the team to design and develop user-friendly interfaces using React.js. Work on creating responsive web applications that provide an excellent user experience.
2. Back-end Development: Develop and maintain server-side components using Node.js and Express.js. Handle API endpoints and server-side logic to support the front-end.
3. Database Management: Work with MongoDB to design and manage databases, including schema design, querying, and data manipulation.
4. Code Optimization: Collaborate with the team to optimize code for performance and scalability. Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues in the application.
5. Testing and Debugging: Write and execute unit tests, and participate in debugging and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability.
6. Version Control: Use Git for version control, collaborating with the team to manage code repositories effectively.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality web applications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall development process.
8. Learning and Skill Development: Continuously learn about new technologies, tools, and best practices in MERN stack development. Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by Niraksa Company Pvt Ltd.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (if applicable), or a recent graduate with a strong interest in web development.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and web technologies.
• Familiarity with the MERN stack or a strong willingness to learn it.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
