Job Overview
As an Account Assistant at Mobility Freight, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including data entry, billing, bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and petty cash management. The role also involves assisting the finance team with accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in entering financial transactions into the system.
- Maintain general ledgers and accounting journals.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support invoice processing, billing, documentation, and filing.
- Assist with petty cash handling and record keeping.
- Provide support during audits and other accounting-related tasks.
- Deliver and collect documents across departments or external offices, ensuring secure and timely transport.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or Business Administration.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
