Job Description
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand and Social Media Executive to join the Mayahold Group's internal creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the brand's digital presence across social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting the Brand and Creative Lead in maintaining brand consistency across all subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for Mayahold Group and its subsidiaries.
- Content Creation: Develop visually compelling graphics, short-form videos, reels, and copy that align with each brand's tone and identity.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all published content adheres to the visual identity guidelines set by the Brand and Creative Lead.
- Community Management: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide actionable insights on a monthly basis.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and content creators within the team to ensure timely delivery of assets.

Required Education Level: Undergraduate (Bachelor's)
Required Experience: 1–3 years
Other Specifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Copywriting: Strong ability to write engaging, on-brand captions and content in both English and Nepali.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable reading and interpreting social media analytics dashboards (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics, current design trends, and storytelling through digital content.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple content calendars simultaneously under deadlines.
