Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities including client acquisition, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
  • Handle IT tender preparation, submission, and compliance with tender requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, technical documents, and delivery schedules
  • Support and coordinate IT projects from award to completion
  • Liaise with internal technical teams to ensure project timelines and client requirements are met
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, project documents, and progress reports
  • Monitor project execution, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for sales, tenders, and projects
  • Support management with market analysis and business planning

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Project Coordination, and/or Tender Management
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and procurement processes
  • Experience in preparing government and private IT tenders is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines and target-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage
