Job Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Associate, the primary responsibility includes managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM. Key responsibilities include tracking metrics (e.g., impressions, CTR, CPA), conducting A/B testing, audience segmentation, and collaborating on budget allocation. The role also focuses on increasing Daily Active Users (DAU), crafting push notification content, and utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to enhance performance. Additionally, the associate identifies opportunities for process automation and dashboard improvements to support data-driven decision-making.

 

Job Descriptions:
Ads Campaign Optimization:

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (SEO & SEM).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads to determine the best-performing creatives, audiences, and messaging strategies.
  • Research and implement audience segmentation strategies to ensure budget optimization and higher engagement.
  • Align paid marketing strategies with user engagement trends to increase DAU.

Data Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze insights from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards to track ads campaign performance.
  • Utilize data related to DAU by device platform, keyword trends, sales order details, and cuisine/price point performance to refine marketing strategies.
  • Generate reports on paid marketing performance and key user engagement trends for the Performance & Growth Manager.
  • Identify gaps in data tracking and initiate projects to develop dashboards for more efficient decision-making.

Push Notification & User Engagement Strategies:

  • Develop and implement a push notification strategy with compelling content to engage the existing user base.
  • Work closely with the App Experience team to ensure that push notifications align with homepage and layout strategies.

Process Automation & Strategic Improvements:

  • Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve tracking mechanisms for ads campaigns and push notification effectiveness.
  • Propose and execute projects that enhance digital marketing capabilities through automation and better data access.

Reporting:

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, DAU growth strategies, and budget utilization insights.

Your Credentials

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years prior experience in a digital marketing role is advantageous.
