Role Summary

Entry-level/early-career role focused on content, community, and basic ads support across our four handles. You’ll create short videos, keep pages active, reply to guests, and help turn attention into bookings, covers, and leads.


What You’ll Do

Content & Social

  • Shoot and edit 4–6 short videos/reels per week (room tours, guest moments, dishes, events, treks).
  • Write on-brand captions, schedule posts, and maintain a simple monthly content calendar.
  • Reply to DMs/comments within SLA; escalate service issues to the team.Ads Support (Basic)
  • Prepare assets, audiences, and simple boosts for Meta/TikTok under manager guidance.
  • Track basic metrics (reach, saves, link clicks) and share weekly notes.

SEO & Website (Basic)

  • Upload blog drafts/landing copy provided by the team; add internal links and alt text.
  • Keep GA4 and Search Console dashboards bookmarked and note obvious issues.
  • Collabs & Shoots
  • Coordinate micro-creator visits (dates, shot lists, usage rights checklist).
  • Capture behind-the-scenes clips during events and busy hours.

Reporting (Simple)

Weekly sheet: top 5 posts, saves, watch time, link clicks, notable DMs, new reviews.


What You’ll Need

  • 1–2 years in digital marketing/social media (hospitality/F&B/travel preferred, not required).
  • Comfortable shooting on phone and editing on CapCut/VN; basic Canva skills.
  • Clear written English; Nepali is a plus.
  • Organized, responsive, and okay with occasional evening/weekend shoots.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or TikTok Ads (boosts/remarketing concepts).
  • Familiarity with Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Booking.com/Hostelworld basics.
  • Interest in photography/gimbal.

How We’ll Measure Success (Right-Sized KPIs)

  • Content delivered on time (4–6 reels/week) and saved/shared more over time.
  • DMs/comments replied within target response time.
  • Steady growth in reviews and improved average rating (with manager support).
  • Simple ad boosts launched on time with learnings documented.
