Post relevant stories and Shorts on TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Add and update links on stories and posts where necessary (bio links, story links, Linktree, etc.).
Monitor ongoing campaigns closely and flag any issues for resolution.
Review and analyze performance insights of latest posts (reach, likes, comments).
Check emails and client communications regularly for content or task updates.
Export page performance data from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos) aligned with brand tone and audience behavior.
Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms.
Monitor all live influencer campaigns and prepare mid-campaign reviews if applicable.
Update and maintain all platform links and ensure accuracy.
Draft content for upcoming blogs and articles.
Communicate and ensure that any necessary website updates are made.
Dedicate 1 hour daily to research current digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Share at least one new tactic, insight, or digital marketing finding weekly with the CSO.
Engage with at least 3 posts from competitors or industry leaders for benchmarking and inspiration.
Prepare and submit monthly performance reports for all client pages.
Conduct brand audits for selected clients on a rotational basis.
Review and report website analytics including traffic, bounce rate, and goal completions.
Conduct full SEO audits for client websites.
Optimize website/blog content for higher search rankings and traffic.
Coordinate with content writers and designers to produce high-impact SEO-driven content.
Publish at least 2 optimized blog articles (ads!digital or client).
Send at least 2 email newsletters (ads!digital or client).
Update website banners, team sections, and service descriptions as needed.
