Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Excel Operator with strong knowledge of MS Excel functions, data management, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, generating reports, and supporting decision-making through effective use of Excel tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel spreadsheets
- Use Excel formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX-MATCH, etc.
- Perform data sorting, filtering, and validation
- Create and manage Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts for data analysis and reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze large datasets and present insights in a clear format
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
- Coordinate with other departments for data collection and reporting needs
- Ensure timely submission of reports and dashboards
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level preferred)
- Strong understanding of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting
- Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint is an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with deadlines
Educational Qualification
- 10+2 or equivalent (any discipline)
- Relevant certification in MS Excel or data handling is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as an Excel Operator / MIS Executive (can be flexible for skilled candidates)
