Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality print designs such as visiting cards, brochures, catalogues, banners, flex prints, bill pads, receipts, stickers, certificates, invitations, letterheads, and other printing materials.

• Develop clean and accurate layouts suitable for offset printing, digital printing, and large-format printing.

• Since we are a print shop, customers frequently visit throughout the day, and many small tasks need to be handled. You must create designs quickly based on customer requests and according to their exact requirements.

• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, margins, resolution, and color mode (CMYK).

• Make corrections or adjustments to customer-provided files when needed.

• Coordinate with the printing team to ensure output accuracy and quality.

• Manage multiple small design tasks throughout the day and deliver on time.

• Maintain proper file organization for repeated customer orders.

 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic layout design.

• Typing skill in Nepali fonts Like Preeti, Ganesh etc.

• Understanding of print standards (CMYK, bleed, DPI, vector files, etc.).

• Fast and accurate design ability suitable for daily print shop operations.

• Good communication skills for dealing with customers.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
