We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be the bridge between a client’s initial idea and the final printed product. You’ll work directly with customers on-site to understand their needs, provide clear direction, and ensure their vision is technically viable for our printing equipment.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience specifically within a print shop or printing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Print Knowledge: Strong understanding of font management, paper weights, and large-format (flex/banner and offset) printers.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills; you must be comfortable guiding clients through the design process.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for typos, alignment issues, and color consistency.
