Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Installation and Configuration
    • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS).
    • Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory or local system policies.
    • Deploy software, drivers, and updates across workstations and servers.
  2. Server and Network Management
    • Administer servers, storage systems, and shared resources.
    • Manage LAN/WAN configurations, switches, routers, and firewalls.
    • Ensure network connectivity and troubleshoot performance or access issues.
    • Setup configure Aps, CCTV and secure Wireless network.
  3. Security Management
    • Implement and monitor security policies, antivirus systems, and firewall rules.
    • Conduct regular system and network vulnerability checks.
    • Manage user privileges, password policies, and endpoint protection.
  4. Backup and Disaster Recovery
    • Schedule and verify system backups and data recovery procedures.
    • Maintain disaster recovery plans and test restoration procedures periodically.
  5. Monitoring and Troubleshooting
    • Use monitoring tools to track system uptime, performance, and resource utilization.
    • Respond to technical incidents and provide support for escalated IT issues.
  6. Software and Hardware Asset Management
    • Maintain inventory of IT assets including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
    • Coordinate maintenance and hardware replacements as required.
  7. Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain system configuration records, network diagrams, and change logs.
    • Prepare performance reports and incident documentation for management review.
  8. Compliance and Policy Enforcement
    • Enforce IT security and acceptable use policies.
    • Ensure compliance with organization, industry, and data protection standards.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ERP Solutions setup configuration NAV and related others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in system or network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux systems, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Experience with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and IT security practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator / MCSA / MCSE
  • CompTIA Network+ / Security+
  • Cisco CCNA
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
