Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network performance.
• Provide technical support to internal staff or clients, both on-site and remotely.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
• Set up and configure new systems, including hardware assembly and software installation.
• Maintain records of issues, repairs, and IT inventory.
• Ensure data backup procedures and security measures are properly implemented.
• Assist in managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Follow IT policies, standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma, +2, or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and basic server management.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
• Basic understanding of network configurations and security practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
