Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our post-production pipeline, transforming raw footage and abstract concepts into compelling, high-impact visual stories. You will seamlessly blend advanced video editing techniques with custom 2D/3D motion graphics to create content for digital marketing, social media, product launches, and internal communications.


Responsibilities :

  1. Video Editing & Post-Production
  • Review raw footage, select the best takes, and assemble cohesive, well-paced video narratives.
  • Sync multi-cam footage and external audio; mix, master, and balance dialogue, sound effects (SFX), and background music.
  • Perform professional color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency and match brand aesthetics.
  • Export, compress, and deliver videos
  1. Motion Graphics & Visual Effects
  • Design and animate custom title screens, lower thirds, transitions, kinetic typography, and logo reveals.
  • Translate complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand 2D or 3D animated explainer videos.
  • Execute green screen removal (chroma keying), rotoscoping, motion tracking, and basic visual effects clean-up.

3. Pre-Production & Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with copywriters and creative directors to pitch ideas, sketch storyboards, and map out visual pacing.
  • Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to established brand guidelines, typography, and color palettes.
  • Organize, back up, and maintain clean project files, templates, and raw footage archives on shared servers or cloud storage.

Requirements :

  • Portfolio: A stunning demo reel demonstrating a mix of video editing, pacing, sound design, and custom motion graphics is required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in video production, a creative agency, or a corporate in-house creative team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or equivalent certified technical experience.
