Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Support Engineer located in Kathmandu. In this role, the Network Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and managing networks, providing technical support, troubleshooting network-related issues, implementing and monitoring network security protocols, and ensuring the overall health and stability of the IT infrastructure. They will also collaborate with other team members to support projects and improve network performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Network Security protocols and practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or related are a plus
