About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Executive to support our sales and operations team by managing daily shipment tracking, sales reporting, system data entry, and coordination with Finance. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate operational reporting and smooth transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update the daily shipment tracking file.
- Update primary and secondary sales data in WBR on a daily and weekly basis.
- Maintain daily updates of Out-of-Valley sales in the shared Excel report.
- Enter weekly sales data into TME Lite / TME Sales systems accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for OKTMV transactions, reconciliations, and related matters.
- Update and maintain OKTMV data in the JTI Power App system.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination and data entry roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- High attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage daily and weekly reporting deadlines.
