• Reports to: Chief Product Officer
• Works Closely With: Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Key Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

A. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Translate business goals into actionable product plans.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive analysis to shape product direction.

B. Product Backlog Management

• Own, manage, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value.
• Ensure backlog items are clearly described, well-prioritized, and up to date.
• Break down epics into user stories with defined acceptance criteria.

C. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between the business and the development team.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and manage expectations.
• Communicate product progress, changes, and delivery updates to all stakeholders.

D. Team Collaboration

• Actively participate in Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Clarify and elaborate requirements during development as needed.
• Provide real-time decisions to support development and remove blockers.

E. User-Centric Product Development

• Represent the voice of the customer.
• Validate solutions through user testing, feedback, and analytics.
• Ensure that each product increment adds real value to users.

F. Release Planning & Go-to-Market

• Collaborate with QA, design, marketing, and support teams for release planning.
• Ensure documentation and training materials are created for new features.
• Coordinate with marketing/sales for effective product launches.

G. Performance Monitoring & Feedback Loops

• Define and track KPIs and success metrics (e.g., adoption rate, NPS, churn).
• Analyze product usage data and iterate based on insights.
• Maintain a feedback loop with users, support teams, and business stakeholders.
