Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring software development and AI project activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, project trackers, and other project artifacts.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, AI, and business teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow up with team members on deliverables, dependencies, and project milestones.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and track their closure.
• Update project management tools (Jira or similar) with task progress, sprint updates, deadlines, and project status.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify project risks, blockers, and changing priorities, escalating issues to the reporting manager when necessary.
• Coordinate client meetings and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documents, technical notes, and meeting records are properly organized and maintained.
• Assist in monitoring project metrics, team velocity, sprint progress, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or final semester).
• Strong interest in Project Management, Agile Software Development, and the IT industry.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
