DigiUmbra Group is looking for a detail-oriented and curious QA Intern to help us test websites, software applications, and digital products. You will work closely with developers and designers to identify issues, improve usability, and ensure every product meets our quality standards before release.
Responsibilities
- Test websites, web applications, mobile interfaces, and software features.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Perform functional, usability, compatibility, and regression testing.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, checklists, and testing reports.
- Test products across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Verify resolved bugs and confirm that fixes work correctly.
- Review requirements and designs to identify potential issues early.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers.
- Provide feedback on product usability and overall user experience.
- Assist with basic API and performance testing when required.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing and development processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to clearly describe and document technical issues.
- Familiarity with websites, mobile applications, and browser developer tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.
