Role Description

• Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients
• Travel to client locations to understand their business needs and present solutions
• Handle client objections and negotiate terms professionally
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
• Develop thorough knowledge of our software products and services
• Gather and report customer feedback to improve our offerings
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing)
• Help create sales collateral and presentation materials
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Qualifications

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Smart, presentable, and results-driven personality.
• Fluency in Nepali; basic English communication preferred.
