Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and in-house service support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of devices
  • Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software
  • Assist senior technicians during complex repair and service tasks
  • Maintain proper records of service reports, job cards, and spare parts usage
  • Ensure timely delivery of serviced or repaired devices to clients
  • Follow company service standards, safety guidelines, and procedures
  • Provide courteous and professional customer support when required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • +2 completed or Bachelor’s running/completed in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows OS installation (Linux knowledge is an advantage)
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and service procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • Good communication skills and customer-service attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
