Job description:
Provide software support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Install, configure, and maintain software systems
Train clients on software usage and features
Record and track support tickets and follow up until closure
Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and updates
Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication
Requirements:
+2 in Management
Basic knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle clients professionally
Familiarity with accounting/billing software is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team
Skills:
Basic windows trouble shooting
Experience with remote support tools
Understanding of POS, ERP, or CRM systems
Experience:
Freshers can apply
1–2 years of experience in software support is an advantage
