Job description:

  • Provide software support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain software systems
  • Train clients on software usage and features
  • Record and track support tickets and follow up until closure
  • Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and updates
  • Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements:

  •  +2  in Management
  • Basic knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle clients professionally
  • Familiarity with accounting/billing software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Skills:

  • Basic windows trouble shooting
  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Understanding of POS, ERP, or CRM systems

Experience:

  • Freshers can apply
  • 1–2 years of experience in software support is an advantage
