explainer videos, social media content, YouTube edits, brand videos). 
We don’t want random edits — we want clean storytelling, polished pacing, and consistent 
quality.

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Full-Time In-House Video Editor to work from our office in Kathmandu. 
Your job is to edit consistently, deliver client-ready videos, and follow a structured workflow 
(so quality stays stable even when projects are fast). 


What you will work on

You’ll edit content like: 

  • Commercial ads (short, high-impact) 
  • Explainers (script + voiceover based) 
  • Social media reels/shorts (fast-paced, trendy, clean) 
  • YouTube videos (retention-based cuts) 
  • Client revisions + final delivery exports 

Key Responsibilities 

Editing & Delivery 

  • Edit raw footage into polished final videos (clean storytelling + pacing) 
  • Sync voiceover, add music, SFX, b-roll, overlays, and titles 
  • Color correction + basic grading where needed 
  • Clean audio mixing (leveling, noise reduction when required) 
  • Export in correct formats (1080p/4K, Reels/Stories/YouTube ratios) 

Motion Graphics (Basic–Intermediate) 

  • Use simple motion graphics, transitions, lower thirds, highlights 
  • Do basic After Effects work when needed (templates, text animation, icons) 

Revisions & Team Workflow 

  • Apply feedback properly (no ego, no repeating same mistakes) 
  • Maintain file structure + naming discipline 
  • Share progress updates (so CRM/team knows what’s happening) 
  • Deliver drafts on time and keep communication clear 

Required Skills

  • Strong editing sense (pacing, storytelling, timing) 
  • Clean, modern visuals (not messy edits) 
  • Can handle deadlines + multiple projects 
  • Comfortable with feedback & revisions 
  • Basic motion graphics ability (at least templates/text animation) 

Software Development
You must be confident in at least one (better if more): 

  • Adobe Premiere Pro 
  • After Effects 
  • DaVinci Resolve

Work Details

  • Location: Kathmandu (In-house)

  • Days: Sunday to Friday 
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
  • We’re task-completion focused, not strict time tracking (but discipline is required). 

Salary + Trial

  • Monthly Salary: NPR 25,000 – 60,000 (based on skill + speed + quality) 
  • 2-Day Paid Trial: NPR 700 – 1000 (based on the test task)
  • No unpaid test edits.
