Aeronep Consulting Services is looking for a creative and detail-oriented mid-level Video Editor & Graphics Designer who can produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both video editing and graphic design tasks independently, from concept to final output. 

Key Responsibilities 

Video Editing 
• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, client projects, and internal use 
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content (Reels, YouTube, ads, etc.) 
• Ensure high-quality output with proper color grading, sound design, and storytelling 
• Manage and organize video assets efficiently 

Graphic Design 
• Design visuals for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials 
• Maintain consistency with brand identity across all designs 
• Create banners, posters, thumbnails, and promotional creatives 

Content Collaboration 
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop creative concepts 
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and visual strategy 
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently 

Requirements 

• Academic degree/training /relevant experience in Media, Design, or related field 
• 1-2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design 
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator 
(or similar) 
• Strong understanding of composition, color grading, typography, and storytelling 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
• Good time management and communication skills 
• Skills in handling camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots will be 
considered an added advantage (preferred) 

Preferred Skills (Bonus) 
• Motion graphics and animation skills 
• Experience managing social media content 
• Knowledge of branding and digital marketing trends
