• A Minimum of 4 years experience and strong expertise in System Administration and Networking
• Red Hat Certification is a must
• Strong knowledge of Linux Operating Systems, specifically REDHAT 8
• Strong knowledge in Network Security
• Hands-on Experience with containerization technology like PODMAN, DOCKER, etc.
• Hands-on Experience with orchestration tool, Ansible.
• Knowledge to install and use Kickstart so that the process can be delivered to the students
• Confident in working with Desktop hypervisor tools
• Impeccable command in English and Nepal Languages
• Excellent Facilitation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Ability to deliver examples and relate those examples to real-world scenarios
• Ability to motivate students and raise drive in them to be a successful Network Administrator
• Content Development is a huge addition
• The ability to create syllabuses in chronological order, in terms of need, will be another addition
• Ability to transform own knowledge into skills and showcase those skills in the real-life scenario

Job Description

• Instructing Red Hat to fresh students
• Providing necessary support, script files, links as notes, and reference materials
• Conducting real-world applications with Red Hat System Administration as final Project
• Familiarity with a testing and learning scenario
• Knowledge of operating systems like Linux
• Familiarity with various networking attributes
• In-depth attention to details so that the students’ tasks can be monitored closely
• Creating a proper schedule and structure for the course
• Testing the students’ knowledge in a timely manner
• Reporting to the management about the progress of the students
