Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or a related field, and/ 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
Good working knowledge of major social media platforms like: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X and how they are used for business and brand promotion.
Practical experience with content creation, social media advertising, analytics, and managing campaigns across platforms.
Understanding of design tools such as Canva and familiarity with AI-assisted content creation.
Job Description
Plan and deliver the complete Social Media Marketing course (15 days) covering platform strategy, visual design, content creation, advertising, community management, and analytics in both physical and online live classes.
Teach students how to set up and manage Business Suites, optimize social media profiles, and build a consistent brand presence across multiple platforms.
Guide students in creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and marketing materials using Canva and AI tools, covering design basics such as color theory, typography, and brand consistency.
Teach content planning skills, including managing a content calendar, writing effective social media copy, and building a strong hashtag strategy.
Train students on running paid social media ad campaigns, covering campaign creation, ad copy/design management, audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and lead tracking.
Educate students on using platform analytics and third-party tools to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and improve results.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to teach both technical and creative concepts to students of all backgrounds.
Priority will be given to candidates who have real working experience in social media marketing alongside teaching experience.
