We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to join our team as a Student Relation Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making follow-up calls and converting the lead to sales. As the Student Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing admission by adopting different marketing techniques and direct phone calls. Additionally, she will be responsible for performing as the face of Broadway Infosys in video content for various social media platforms, including video presentations, interviews, reel videos, and related content. 


  • Conducting follow-up calls to prospective students via emails, calls & SMS who have expressed interest in the courses offered by the institution (converting them for admission)
  • Providing information about the training courses offered by the institution
  • Assisting students in selecting the appropriate training program based on their needs and career goals
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with prospective students
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets set by the institution
  • Collaborate directly with Student Success Manager (SSM) and other team members like HR, C.R.O, Accounts, Graphic Designer, and FDOs.
  • Submit regular reports to SSM and management team and contribute to further business growth.
  • Deliver high-quality video presentations that effectively communicate key messages, updates, and information to the target audience.
  • Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and influencers in a professional and engaging manner, ensuring insightful conversations and entertaining interactions.
  • Co-ordinate in making creative and attention-grabbing reels/videos that align with current trends and resonate with the platform's user base. (YouTube/FB/Insta/Reels)
  • Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute video concepts that align with the brand's values and goals.
  • Active involvement in research & development to stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve content strategy and delivery.
  • Maintain a consistent and recognizable on-screen persona that reflects the brand's image and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with videographers, editors, and other team members to ensure the production and post-production processes run smoothly.
  • Attend relevant sales & marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities to represent the brand and create real-time content when needed.
