  • Follow up the task assigned.
  • Coordination between the intra department  
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
  • Develop diagnostic skills with the solution in mind
  • Involve or initiate field support to diagnose the initial offsite problem (Form  design / Standard Test Report) in a mentoring capacity
  • Update  task as action taken to troubleshoot with common title and clear language as per clientele  Ø Actively participate in the training (Tech and non-tech) to develop the learning  Ø Other Office duties (technical)
  • Assigned by senior authority
